Slow and not really what I was hoping in a bluetooth printer.

This printer worked ok at first, but now is finicky as heck about the ink. Bought a HP 65 cartridge that it thought was not compatible. Had to power cycle the printer to get it to accept the cartridge. Now it is not printing black ink on the new cartridge. Will be replacing this with a different brand printer.

Very disappointed. My printer stopped working after about 7 months.

It worked okay for few months and suddenly starts error that “Service station stalled”. HP customer support even after 2 hours on call, didn’t understand the problem and asked me to buy new ink. The new ink dis not worked. And now I don’t want to spend another 2 hours again with customer care

Had three of these over three years. Consistent breakdown at 12 months.

Absolute cr4p. Black is designed to last not more than 120 , but you can actually print like 60 pages in between cleaning the cartridges nozzles as it will print faded or outlines only when you not use it for more than a week. the ink is horribly expensive. Get Brother, Lexmark. HP is trash.

I will never buy HP printers ever again! This printer drinks ink like it is Saint Patrick's Day. It has its own mind, works whenever it wants to... finally doesn't work at all. I haven't even printed more than 40 pages ,,,

Paper gets jam a lot after that everything is fine I like their app

scan function is very poor. You can NOT just scan using the scan button.

Not a good buy: too automated and does not perform as intended. Bought it at a significantly reduced price...now I understand why it was such a good buy: It's a poor performer and not worth the money.

I return this due to it's not compatible to hp instant ink.

Black ink ran out within 10-15 pages printed of text only.

Not easy to set up to Bluetooth. Had to reconnect twice.

I cannot get it to print a FULL page when printing.

Absolutely Garbage! The printer keeps on showing offline, despite strong wifi connectivity. Color printing is completely unusable. I generally do not post bad review, but with this printer I got no choice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Terrible printer. Constantly disconnects from computer and is a real hassle to reconnect. Waited to long to return this piece of junk. Doesn't even make a good paper weight.

This product functioned only briefly. I spent hours with Geek Squad, home internet service and HP for WIFI setup to no avail. I am not sure why this didnt connect to wifi or print when connected to laptop

terrible, will not print in color or black and white, only grayscale, all settings are set to other than grayscale. unplugged for long time, re downloaded multiple times and will not change. useless.

Worst printer ever, had it for last 5 months and have been having issues either with connectivity or with paper that keep crumping and stuck while printing !! Would never recommend any one for buying this product !!

Horrible HP product. Have loved my previous two HP printers that I used with an Apple MacBook Pro. This one was HORRIBLE. Instructions are for Windows users only. Had to spend money for Geek squad to set up. Do not buy!
