No Longer Using
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this printer for 2.5 years now and will no longer be using it. It worked great at first, but then came the problems: 1. The app is horrible, at least on Android. In order to print something wirelessly, I needed to go through a server that was on a different app. Most of the time, one or both of the apps either don't work or don't communicate with each other. Many times, I had to reset the network settings on the printer. 2. The ink dries up so fast if you don't print often enough. A few times there were a couple of weeks between print jobs, and then one or both of the ink cartridges wouldn't work. Then I'd have to install new cartridges even though I had only printed maybe 10-15 pages on the old cartridges. The costs add up. There were other problems, but suffice it to say I'm not impressed with this printer.

(wifi) looks great, and best of all it has a paper tray, no paper flopping around sticking up and out the back. Love it, would recommend to anyone for simple cheap home use printer.

It has several great features, and it works very well. Not to mention the convenience of the instant ink! I would recommend this printer to anyone.

It was worth it on sale

It has a touchscreen, so I would have liked to see an option to set it up without using a smartphone. Lost a full star when removing the large "Buy Ink From Us" sticker left a sticky square on the top of my new printer. Now I get to attempt to remove adhesive without damaging plastic. Thanks a lot.

Garbage

If you want a printer that actually prints, save your time and money and invest in another brand. Used less than a handful of times and it will not print. Brand new ink cartridges, so that is not the issue.
