I was tired of dealing with it, saw this printer on sale, and decided to grab it. The setup was a breeze, my four teenagers can print pictures to it in a snap, and the HP Instant Ink subscription is a God send so I don't have to run out and hunt down ink at 10pm when my kids remember they have a project due the next day. It prints quickly, clearly, and quietly. The lights and little tune it plays are cute features too.

It'll say that it's printed when it hasn't been and sometimes I have to go into settings and play around with it to get it to work. But - when it does actually do it's job - the print s wonderful. Guess I just have to get used to it.

I like the design and size, it fit well into my desk. The only issue I have is the fact that I have to constantly unplug the printer because it dose not connect to the network or looses connection to my Wi-Fi all the time. I can print something and by the time I am ready to print something else the printer shows offline and I have to unplug it because the power button no longer works either.

Had to call HP and they even had a difficult time...they renamed it HP new and reinstalled it, now it works fine.

Quality of prints is great, wifi connection, works like a charm, but set up is a different story... I followed directions precisely, downloaded app, tried it with my laptop and my phone, either way got only half way through set up process... Had to call customer support (they were super helpful!) to finally connect it to my devices, but now I am very happy with this printer!

Took me over an hour to set this up. I had a hard time, but somehow managed it. It kept asking for my password for the printer..now I realize it was inside the printer..but so far it is working great. Hooked up a new wifi router friday, so I was quite proud of my 60 year old self to do this by myself..I did try calling HP support, but that was useless. I did want to buy a cheaper one, but this was the one I found at the store, and no one came over to help me, which was fine.
