Definitely an upgrade from my last printer, though. You must have wifi if you want it to do anything (unless I couldn't figure it out). I love being able to print from my phone. Even though there's nothing special about it, for the price this is a great printer and I would reccommend. The free 6 month ink trial is a big bonus too. I already received more ink in the mail.

I was tired of dealing with it, saw this printer on sale, and decided to grab it. The setup was a breeze, my four teenagers can print pictures to it in a snap, and the HP Instant Ink subscription is a God send so I don't have to run out and hunt down ink at 10pm when my kids remember they have a project due the next day. It prints quickly, clearly, and quietly. The lights and little tune it plays are cute features too.

Got have been usuing for about a month and a half now. The starter carteidges don’t have a lot of ink at all expect to but it very soon. Ink is reasonable. Printer is very user friendly ESPICALLY WITH THE APP I love it!

It'll say that it's printed when it hasn't been and sometimes I have to go into settings and play around with it to get it to work. But - when it does actually do it's job - the print s wonderful. Guess I just have to get used to it.

Had to call HP and they even had a difficult time...they renamed it HP new and reinstalled it, now it works fine.

I like the design and size, it fit well into my desk. The only issue I have is the fact that I have to constantly unplug the printer because it dose not connect to the network or looses connection to my Wi-Fi all the time. I can print something and by the time I am ready to print something else the printer shows offline and I have to unplug it because the power button no longer works either.
