I was looking for a small, compact, 2 sided color printer / copier for my Mom (81 years old but very busy still) who has a challenging setup in her house. I looked at several stores only to find the big bulky and heavy ones. When I found the Envy, I knew it was right. My mom, loves how easy it is to load and that she never has to reach around and turn it off. “It just goes to sleep and wakes up she needs it”! I have another Envy I use for travelling and they are the best!

A sleek, space efficient printer. Installation was very simple, and the wireless printing has allowed us to forego messy wires. Printing is a little slow, but the ink quality is top notch

I HAD TROUBLE GETTING IT INSTALLED. I HAD MY DAUGHTER HELP ME AND IT TOOK HER QUITE A WHILE TO INSTALL IT. I HAD A HARD TIME FIGURING OUT HOW TO GET IT TO PRINT AND SCAN. IT DOES A REAL NICE JOB.

So far I am very pleased with the HP Envy 6055e. Much quieter then my last printer and is very fast.

As a printer, it does its job and works great at it. The only problem I have with this printer so far is that it cannot connect to the Internet that my university uses, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of any of its main features or services.

Love double sided print feature and the sleek and compact design. Looks great by my desk and doesn't take a lot of space. Only reason it's a 4 is because the power button didn't turn off so I had to unplug the cord. But for the price I'm very satisfied.

I've always bought HP printers because they are so reliable. This printer replaced an older one that I gave to my daughter. Works great and easy to setup. It came with 6-months of ink which was a bonus. The only thing I don't like is that the on/off switch is in the back as the printer sits on a rollout cabinet. Our last printer had the on/off switch in front.

works well but the constant colored lights dancing from printer is quite annoying. I just unplug it when I'm not using it.

Perfect printer for home use. Prints & scans very well, and doesn't take up a lot of space. Nice low profile & the paper is stored inside the printer, not sticking up out of the back.

This printer works very well and is much faster than my previous 12 year old printer. Print quality is great, however i haven't printed any pictures. The only things i don't care for is there not being a screen on the printer and having to be online to setup the printer. I have had the computer tell me the printer was offline and could not figure out why. Very frustrating. Good size, good printing, wireless what more could you need?

Works great, cheap, basic printer solid for everyday use/light home office use. I wouldn't use it for anything besides that, as image quality isn't the highest, but if you're looking for a CHEAP printer that doesn't suck, this is a great option. App is a convenient way to print from mobile assuming you have WiFi.

I might have mentioned this to you, but I am extremely happy with my HP ENVY 6055e printer; it is quick and the copies are beautiful. I must tell you this is the fourth printer I purchased from Best Buy over several years. Every other on failed to print clearly, consistently and eventually developed a flaw. Two of them I gave to my grandson to see if he could fix them and keep them; One of them I returned to you, received some credit towards another and this is the one I chose with the help of one of your employees. I have always gone to Best Buy first for my home office needs and am pleased to say I have renewed faith in your products.
