Upon the death of my huge old all purpose printer, I headed out to BEST BUY as usual, to see what would best suit my needs. I opted to downsize to a smaller printer (desk sized), which would be easy to set up and use. The HP -ENVY 6055e has not disappointed. As always, the Best Buy tech team was there to answer all my questions and made my my choices clear!! Always a pleasure to do business with you - thanks!!

The printer was easy to setup. After downloading the driver per the manual I was able to setup this wireless printer to my multiple computers within minutes. The printing seems to be of good quality and fast.

Great item for the price ..still learning about its..keep in mind that if you print a lot that the paper tray is very shallow ..Thus makes this difficult when trying to print a larger quantity and I mean 10 or more pages so not that big. It is sleek and not bulky however not perfect but not bad…would still recommend it the ho although I usually buy an epson printer. The price is great on the price and it still does the job

The good news is the print quality is very good. The bad news is the wireless connectivity is a little flaky. I have had to reinstall the printer three times because the PC tells me the printer is not connected. If you're an IT person you can probably easily handle things, but if you are looking for a simple plug and play this may not be the best printer for you.

Easy setup and great printing. Not the fastest but it is more than fast enough. Great price for the functions available. No complaints with this one.

Very easy setup. Prints are great and easy to use. I needed a new printer because my other one broke. The price was good on this one. Getting 6 months of ink is a plus.

A great upgrade from previous printer! The Smart aspects make the job of printing simple & I got 3 months (free) of ink & paper from HP! It fairly easy to get set up & I was able to print! The quality of the print is really good, too! Plus having the app on my phone makes it seamless!!

Overall it fits the bill for those occasional print jobs. I appreciate the size as my space is limited. It's not the fastest but works well as stated with small jobs. The color is also good.

Easy to install and operate. Good quality printing. Have not used it as a copier or scanner Size is just right for small office space and at home business.

Fit perfect at any place(not big),easy to use and quite work

When my HP 5000 series printer gave out, I immediately went to Best Buy and bought the HP 6000 series printer as a replacement. At $79.99 and three free months of Instant Ink it was a no brainer. Using the HP Smart app the setup was simple and I was back in business. Shortly afterwards HP sent me a new ink supply. I would have given the new printer a five star rating if it had allowed me to finish up my old ink cartridges which were almost new, but the 6000 series uses a different cartridge number than the 5000 seeies did.

Great printer to have for simple and small projects. Pictures are of good quality and coloring is too. However, connectivity of the printer and app are not always immediately responsive when needed.

The set up of this printer was very easy. I really like that it prints very quickly and clearly. Each page is very clear. I had an Epson printer prior to this and I’d need to change the cartridge out every 10 pages or so. With this, I have printed about 15-20 pages so far and there is still ink from the pack it came with. The double sided feature is also really nice. Overall, pretty good quality printer. Especially if you’re a student printing school work. It’s also very easy to set up printing from your phone or various devices for multiple users.

This is a good printer. Color quality is very good. Easy to use. Seems to print quickly enough for us. I'm not a fan of the HP software interfaces, especialy HP Smart. It works , but is not an easy install. Other than that, good printer.
