Love this printer. We have it connected to everything, cell phones, lap tops etc. it works so well and with zero headaches and it does two side printing. Totally satisfied.

I would have given this 5 stars but it requires professional installatio by Geek Squad.

Seems to be a very nice printer. As other reviewers said, it is hard to set up. My initial pair attempt was going fine until an address was supposed to be assigned. Then it hung up. None of the tips recommended by hp worked. I eventually used some of my computer skills to connect using my laptop. I am very happy with the printer itself.

This has to be one of the best printers, scanner I’ve ever owned. Real simple set up I can print from my iphone or ipad or Mac With a simple push of a button.

Good small and friendly to install. App controlled

Good all in one machine for the cost but is less efficient when you need to scan multiple pages front to back since its all manual unlike other HP models i used to own. Was a bit confusing with the buttons and setup since theres no screen on it and the buttons light up to indicate things. Printing quality is great as of right now.

This is a great printer for people that don't need to print much. I only print a few times a month so I can't speak for printing everyday. Set up was pretty easy. I've been using it for about 1 month now. I really appreciate the automatic ink refills. It's all online so HP sends you ink as you need it. You have control over the ink options as well. And they have free, responsible cartridge disposal included. The printer is pretty small and looks nice in my home office. I want to note that I am an American and bought this from Best Buy in America. This is not a fake Chinese review :)

Had for a few months and haven’t had any problems at all. Would recommend.

It still seems to lose connection whenever there some disturbing issue in the router that I usually get with xfinity regularly. All it takes is to reboot or shut it off for 20 seconds but it's just begging to have to do that all the time I understand that might be a problem with all printers at this point with the router xfinity

So far its working. Print quality not bad but i have seen better.

I love my new printer and especially since I belong to TotalTech, Robert, the Geek Squad technician came to my house and hooked up the printer and reviewed and revised my computer. I am very pleased with Best Buy.....

Does it nice job on printing and scanning easy to use

We bought this printer because I'm a full time student and my other half works from home currently. So sometimes things need printed. We both did a small printer hunt independently and landed on this one. We were attracted to it because it seemed like a small unit and the fact we wouldn't have to worry about ink. It does well printing, and the nice thing is you can print from anywhere. I can be at class and hit print on my computer and have it ready for me when I get home. Not to mention they monitor your ink levels and send you new ink before you run out. Worth the money.

Only problem is that the on/off switch is located on the back of the printer and is hard to get to.

I've had this printer for about a month now and it's been great. I didn't need anything fancy, just something functional for my home office. The setup was easy, and I like the fact that there isn't a touch screen to control operations - which is why I had to get a new printer to begin with. The touch screen on my old one unfortunately cracked and I lost all functionality with my printer as that was the only way to work the printer. This one has a few buttons and light indicators to let you know if there is a problem. It works great and I highly recommend it.
