I loved my last envy but it finally stopped working. They didn’t have the same model so I got this one. Overall, I like a lot of the cosmetic changes except that the WiFi and power buttons are on the back! I had difficulty getting it hooked up to the WiFi but it works great now!

I've had the earlier version of this printer and this version doesn't disappoint.

I’m not great with computers or set up of devices but this printer almost set up itself. I did carefully read the instructions and everything worked! Amazing. The first printer I received was damaged, must have been dropped so I called Best Buy customer service and they were very helpful. Sent me a new one and a shipping label to return the damaged printer. My expectations were low but Best Buy totally exceeded what I needed. I would totally recommend buying from this company.Love the printer and it was easy set up.

Good printer but sometimes ditches the wifi connection

This is the perfect printer! Easy to install, prints fast enough for my needs, has excellent color accuracy and it looks adorable!

This printer's sensor automatically adjusts to the paper it is going to print on. I do need help to set up the wireless part with my Android phone.

printer was fine but great anguish caused by really crappy software. Too bad that HP cant hire good programmers for this could be great printer. Thinking indian low bidder stuff involved in this mess.

Ink is vibrant and I love how it automatically order ink when it gets low.

great product good tech support would recommend for most home use

Needed a new printer because my old one died and it is essential that I have a printer for professional and personal reasons. Had to scramble to find something comparable and in stock to purchase and suitable for my particular needs. Well this model definitely fits the bill, easy setup, only 2 ink cartridges as opposed to 4 with the previous model and a superior ink cartridge replacement program that delivers directly to me based on my usage. Smooth consistent operation as well. I approve this endorsement of your product.

Hard to see the button description for copy scan print etc. should have been made in different color than the white printer color. Prints good and fast easy to set up for wireless only con is the buttons and there is no off or on button that I have found.
