I like the design and size, it fit well into my desk. The only issue I have is the fact that I have to constantly unplug the printer because it dose not connect to the network or looses connection to my Wi-Fi all the time. I can print something and by the time I am ready to print something else the printer shows offline and I have to unplug it because the power button no longer works either.

You have to have the same Wi-Fi connected in order to print. It doesn't hold a lot of paper so I'm constantly having to fill it even though I print about 1 page a month. You cannot print in black and white even if the entire document is black and white with one tiny bit of color. It will come out completely blank. It's nice to look at but that's really all it has going for it.

Quality of prints is great, wifi connection, works like a charm, but set up is a different story... I followed directions precisely, downloaded app, tried it with my laptop and my phone, either way got only half way through set up process... Had to call customer support (they were super helpful!) to finally connect it to my devices, but now I am very happy with this printer!

Took me over an hour to set this up. I had a hard time, but somehow managed it. It kept asking for my password for the printer..now I realize it was inside the printer..but so far it is working great. Hooked up a new wifi router friday, so I was quite proud of my 60 year old self to do this by myself..I did try calling HP support, but that was useless. I did want to buy a cheaper one, but this was the one I found at the store, and no one came over to help me, which was fine.

Had to call HP and they even had a difficult time...they renamed it HP new and reinstalled it, now it works fine.

It is much smaller that my previous HP printer and it is quiet. It was easy to install and use. I would have given it a 5 rating but I do not like the (blue) light over the paper tray that stays on 24/7. If I had wanted a lamp I would have purchased one.

Therefore, we chose the ENVY and are well pleased with it. Very quiet running. quick/clear copies and easy to operate. Only one problem we had from beginning was locating the INK for it. Other than that, we are please with our purchase.

HP won't let it work properly unless you download their app. Once you do it's fine. Slow printing though, so best for light usage. Must go online to find out what error messages mean.

I gave it 4 stars because when I went to connect to the wifi the printer was not listed in the drop down box. I had to pay the Geek Squad to come to the house to get it up and running.
