Easy to set up and has worked flawlessly. Prefer it to our previous HP printer

Printer has good ink life and compact for small spaces. Inexpensive and good quality printing, although connecting to wifi is not as simple if the printer had a display to walk through the set up.

I've never had a non-electrical device before. A gentleman from my area got it hooked up to my computer and so far it's been working fine!

This printer was fairly easy to set up. You'll need to download the app on your phone first. I love being able to print documents from my phone - even when I'm on a different floor than the printer. I also purchased a printer cable so I can print from my computer when not connected to the internet. My only complaint is that there's no tray to catch the paper when printed and it falls to the floor.

It was a tad intimidating to install the software as it was all done through an app. I initially had a problem installing it with the app on my phone, so I downloaded the app to my tablet and it easily installed the printer. I also now have the app on my laptop and can print from my smartphone, tablet, and laptop. However, there's no control panel on the printer itself, so I have to use my smartphone, tablet, or laptop to do anything on the printer whereas on my old hp printer, I could copy or scan directly from the control panel on the printer. I couldn't print an envelope through my Hallmark program as it would always jam, but I can through my Microsoft Word program. I have also printed photos, and they look good. Overall, I am satisfied with this printer.

I’m not a big fan of HPs new user interface with the lights and all. I prefer the old screen and menus. Was much easier to set up and do maintenance. The printer itself is fine. No qualms about the print quality.

Great colors and goes into printer with no problems plus the price is right. And prints out very good.

This was a great up grade for my son. His last one didn’t give him all the warning lights and sound. He enjoys it so far so good just wish it had more instructions. The set up was pretty easy.

Wireless didn't work on my computer, but after I hard wired it, it works great. Too bad the instructions don't tell you that you have that option. I just lucked up and discovered the possibility. No thanks to HP.

Bought to replaced old printer setup was easy works well. Definitely intersting that new printer was less than replacement cartridges for old printer. When I purchased new cartridges for what turned out to be broken printer, customer service would noy give me refund because I had opened box. However the computer section applied refund to printer cost. Thanks

The HP Envy 6055e printer works well. Printing, copying and scanning give nice results. Two problems: 1. Set-up is complicated. The non-intuitive software requires many steps that are not well explained. Scanning requires going back into the HP Smart App program. 2. Control panel buttons on the front lower right of the printer are mysterious. They do not stay lit up, and are impossible to see when dark. I was unable to find a diagram of what each control icon is supposed to do. The on/off switch is also unlabeled, hidden in the back, and recessed in a way that makes it hard to find by touch. Turning the printer off requires pushing and holding the on/off switch for several seconds and then releasing it, even though it looks like a toggle switch. None of this is explained in the instructions.
