    Printer has performed great! I cannot get my Wi-Fi to engage that I can use the promotional 6 months of Instant Ink. Cons: Printer doesn't turn on/off automatically. This function has to be done manually.

    the perfect printer! we wanted something easy when our other model printer wasnt working anymore. something inexpensive and basic, prints, copies , easy to use for 2 people not really interested in electronics but in this day and age forced to use them. pefect copies, easy to install, perfect printing from computer, seems very quiet. very happy

    I had replaced my old HP printer with this one. The set-up process was very easy (the app walks you through all the steps), which is really nice! The print quality is good. The speed could be a little faster, but it is sufficient for my printing needs. Aesthetically, the printer looks good on my desk (not too big). The HP app is a great companion feature. I can do print jobs from my computer or from my iPhone and iPad. Overall, I am glad I purchased this printer. I would have rated it 5 stars except for a couple of things. First, I wish I could increase the amount of paper in the paper tray. Second, I wish the ink cartridges could be larger (I do not print enough to be on their automatic ink replacement program).

    This is an excellent value for printing & photocopy. I had difficulty with the installation because it was all online. Also do not know if I like the paper tray on the bottom. It works great after installation.

    A little difficult to setup but once setup performs well. Don't like the fact that every function is through the computer. Cant just stick something on tray and press a button and copy it. All in all it scans and prints very well.

    I don't like printers. Generally they're built poorly, break easily, and have horrible software. Thus far that doesn't seem to be the case here. The software is simple, setup was uncomplicated, and I print enough full-page photos to make the ink subscription sensible. The built-in duplexer makes it a good value.
