    I purchased my new HP printer about a month ago. I chose HP because I had been using an HP-ENVY 4500 and was very satisfied with support from HP in the past. This new printer is now in service, and I am quite pleased with it. However, I must tell you that that achieving this current level of performance required THREE phone calls to HP-Support! The printer was not equipped with the correct ink cartridges, and would not print! That error was picked up right away by HP, and was promptly corrected, but it still would not print! Another phone call to HP, and then a third call before the printer would print. The HP tech asked me how much paper I had in the paper tray, and my answer was "about four or five sheets". He instructed me to put in at least ten or twelve sheets of paper, which I did, and I was finally able to print a page with this new printer! This whole experience took about three weeks of communication back and forth with HP Support. I like this printer, but I owe a big "Thank You" to the techs at HP for all the trouble-shooting.

    LOVE this printer. Prints quietly and decent quality for the price. However, this printer has blue LED lights that shine constantly. This printer is in my bedroom and I can't stand the night light in my bedroom.

    I am very pleased with my hp printer. I was able to set it up quite easily. As a senior citizen, the “easy to setup instructions “ don’t always apply to me. This printer is performing exactly as I had hoped it would.

    I got a great low purchase price on this printer. But the ink cartridges are expensive. And you will need a bunch because this machine eats ink. Do yourself a favor, spend a few more dollars up front and get a printer with an ink tank. Plus the lack of a screen on the printer is a major pain.

    Cool little light-duty printer for a home office. So far, it has been efficient and prints in good quality. We don't do an enormous volume with this printer, so I wouldn't know if it works for high-volume offices.
