Just an okay printer

I find it confusing because there aren't buttons or clearly labelled ways to just print or copy. No menu screen. I am considering throwing it away and buying something else. But when I can get it working, the printing looks nice And the price was good. Sign up for the 6 months of free ink

Great Wireless Printer

I did have a connection issue within the first week, but tech support from HP was able to fix it remotely. 1st month.

The wireless feature is very helpful! I highly recommend this printer and I would add the $5.00 a month ink feature! Sometimes there are long delays before printing starts, (several minutes), and sometimes it never prints at all until a power reset. Sometimes it pauses for several minutes in the middle of a print job for no reason, only to eject the half-printed page then start over again. Very frustrating. To be clear, this is a dirt-simple home network with 1 laptop, 1 printer, and NO other devices.

It was on sale for $100 so I bought it but ended up returning it cause the higher model came on sale for $60.

I also enjoy having the option to have ink automatically sent to me when my printer gets low. However, if I leave my printer on for a long time (2-3 hours), my computer doesn’t recognize my printer. I then have to restart my printer for it to connect. This is my first wireless printer, so I’m not sure if this is just a common problem with these types of printers or it’s the actual printer. It doesn’t bother me enough to take it back.
