I love this printer. Works perfectly fine. Great for kids home work online to print out

I haven't had this new one for long, but so far no issues and I really like how simple it is and just what I wanted and at a great price.

Setting up the wi-fi was challenging but worth it. The scanner is fantastic. Feel good about this purchase.

I have not used this for printing as much as I have for scanning and emailing but can say it's performed very well at all of the tasks I have tried, The set up was pretty straightforward though I initially had some difficulty getting the device connected but the support documentation helped me through it. I feel like this printer was excellent value for the money.

Prints quick and easy. Solid colors. Cool design. Small footprint.

I used to have a cheaper all in one printer that broke down within a year, so it was time for a new one and I did some research and this one is amazing! The quality is great and it does the job for what I need it for, which is occasional printing.

It’s a cheap printer but I works just fine. It streaks on images but if you just want to print text it’s a great deal

It works until it breaks down which it does far too often. It’s usually paper getting stuck or things I don’t understand and I being mechanically challenged am unable to deal with it.

Printer stopped working 3 times during the first 3 weeks; paper jammed up, required rebooting twice, one failure by technician to repair remotely. Finally, second attempt to repair remotely worked, did not understand the reason but now has worked as expected for the past week. No additional charges since within the warranty period.

This appears to be a nice personal use printer. Set up was relatively easy. However, the instructions were minimal.

Excellent printer and the phone app for setup is very nice and easy to use. The 6 months instant ink offer was definitely a bonus. Getting ink supplies via this method is very convenient.

The printer works just fine. But HP’s insistence that your sign up for Ink+ and overall registration while trying to set it up is way over the top. Example: If you agree to the Ink+, you will NEVER be able to use 3rd-party ink cartridges in it. Period. If you cancel, you still can’t use 3rd-party ink. Plus, you are REQUIRED to use the “set-up” cartridges in the box just to get it to work. The set-up app you are required to use is a nightmare as well. The amount of pages you print are metered as well. Too much “Big Brother” from HP who only see you as the product to extract more money from.

Needed a reasonably priced printer immediately. Couldn't wait days for shipment. So far, this one is working great. The set up was easy to do without help, and the ink tanks were well priced.

It has lived up. To expectations I'm a old guy not real tech savvy but was able. To set this up and it does everything i needed

The printer looks awesome and the print work great. And the quadruple function is just what I was looking for.

Setup took longer than expected. Once setup it's simple and easy to use. Price inflated due to supply chain issues.

Originally looking for a different brand which was not in stock. However, so far, I'm pleased with this printer.

Good printer, especially for being on the lower end of the price scale. Works great.

Considering I had a HP Envy 4500 series before there was no updated driver for it and I had to buy a new printer, this printer seems to work well for me. I was a little upset that I had to buy a new printer even though my computer and old printer were both HP. Just another way for the companies to get me to buy a new printer. Plus I have to go into the app in order to scan anything to my computer which adds an additional step.
