I was pleasantly surprised by this printer. At first I was not happy with not having a "screen" to input my info on this devise. But I actually prefer the computer App as I went along with the install.

Since all the other cheaper printers were sold out and I was in need of one for work, I bought this one. I'm so happy with this purchase. It was easy to set up and works perfectly. I bought plain printer paper from Target to use with this and it works just fine - no jams. I also love how you can print&scan from your phone or any device that has the app installed. It is super convenient and easy to use. I would highly recommend this printer! It's a plus that ink gets mailed to you when its low and you can see how much is left by checking the app.

The printer seems to work very well. It prints nicely, operates off of WiFi, and was easy to install. It prints pictures off of cloud storage that are pretty good but so far haven’t had good luck with pictures from the scanner. They are not clear and crisp. Ink cartridge replacement is quite easy and clean.

Good to have a relatively compact machine. I don't do enough printing to sign up for the over-priced automatic ink supply, plus I don't want HP monitoring my computer use. BUYER BEWARE: on HP's website, my warranty start date shows as 21 days prior to the actual machine purchase. HP refuses to talk about it

The printer is really awesome when it works correctly. I have had several instances of connectivity issues where I had to completely shut the power off and reboot the printer to get it to reconnect. Other than that the photos and copies or prints are great. And it works pretty fast.
