    Before buying this printer, i read the reviews. They all had one thing in common, the wifi setup is not straight forward. Im glad i read everyone’s reviews. It helped me what i was about to face. The wifi setup is not easy like you would expect. Bottom line: download the HP Smart app on your phone and connect your printer from there. It is the quickest way. Afterward, get on your desktop/laptop to set up wireless printing.

    Out of the box quickly and easy set up - Doesn't have any fluff but if you need a basic printer / scanner this does a good job - The "Twp Cartridge" print system initially seems ok but time will tell how much the cost vs convenience averages out - Bottom line is at this price you could use for a couple of years and down the road move on to current technology and not lose much of an investment

    Printer worked well for three weeks and then it couldn't sync via wifi with the computer. Geek squad had to be called to help resolve the problem. Apparently, based on internet reviews this problem is common between the ENVY 6000 series printers.
