    I'm not very saavy with technology. I like that I can print from my phone and computer. I just have problems getting things to print. I think it is a user problem rather than an issue with the product. It doesn't take up a lot of space which is important.

    Purchased this for my Auntie who only needed to occasionally copy or print out documents. She only wanted connection via her cell phone or tablet and not a PC. BB salesman highly recommended this model over two similar brands. Setup was a #itch because of her older phone and needing to use two apps to actually print. Got it done just took an excessive amount if time and patience.

    Had an HP printer before and hated it - cartridges would dry out if not used often, then having to buy new $25 cartridges just to print one page. Was going to replace it with a Brother, but it was out of stock. Saw this one had decent reviews, so I thought, "Why not, surely they've improved." No, no it has not. The setup is a pain without a screen, the cartridges still dry out, and resetting the wireless is a massive pain if you move. Do yourself a solid, and don't buy an HP home printer.

    I use this printer with the HP subscription Program that allows you to print a certain number of pages based on your need. The more pages you need printed monthly the more you pay monthly. I only use about 50 pages a month and I think I pay $4.99/month. The great thing is I got 700 pages per month for the first 6 months when I purchased. This was great as I had a lot to print and used it up as much as possible.

    tbis printer replaces my old HP printer I am very satisfied with the way it works. I can print either from my computer or my cell phone eqally easy.Print is clearly easy to read.
