    After 2 years still works like new no problem what so ever I don’t regret the purchase one bit, I will say it’s does go thru ink pretty fast so I suggest getting the XL cartridges

    Here are the things I look for in a printer: -print quality -speed -connectivity Print quality is great Speed is not bad Connectivity is an issue. And this is definitely a biggie. For the past couple of weeks of owning this printer I have had connectivity issues. This really affects the convenience. I want to be able to print when I want to and efficiently--not after messing with the printer 10-15 mins. Hopefully, (after the last time I fix it) I won't run into connection troubles anymore. I still recommend it as a buy.

    Sometimes loses the WiFi connection but for the most part works well enough. Quickly prints although I haven’t used it enough to comment about ink replacement. The fact it doesn’t have a menu and relies on the mobile app is annoying, though.

    Well over all it has been a good deal and a very nice quality printer. Have had to reset the printer a couple of times after a windows update. I'm not sure if my current problem is a windows 11 thing or what but can not get it to connect. Some day soon I will call HP support.

    I bought this new printer in April to replace my previous 6000 series HP printer that was giving me issues - wouldn’t stay online. I have the same issues I had with my previous printer - it falls offline and I have to mess with it to print something. But this is on me - I should have known better. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. And the most frustrating thing about this is that I waste my money on Geek Squad, Total Tech or whatever Best Buy is calling it now. They’re no longer able to assist in getting the printer online. I had to contact a different tech service!!?? Hence - Best Buy has left me no choice - I will no longer waste money on the worthless “Tech Support” and will not purchase from Best Buy in the future. Its a shame because they used to be excellent!
