    This is the little engine that could. The only feature missing that others at twice the cost have is a monitor to show the functions. It does everything a much more expensive device does.

    Great copier but at times it has issues connecting to devices via wifi. The app is just non existent when trying to change paper size, B/W or color printing also unable to change printing size from the standard 8x10 platform. I'd like to a print index size paper.

    Worst HP printer I have ever owned. This is the 4th HP printer and it will be my last. I bought it home and it didn't have an instruction manual. I tried using the direct USB port to connect and set up the Wireless and it would stay connected and then drop off the Wireless and I would have to start over. I rebooted my computer and tried another computer and the same thing happened. It would work fine if I only used the USB and not the Wireless but it wasn't purchased for that purpose. It is not my Wireless network because I have multiple phones, tablets, and 5 different computers that have had no issues connecting to my Wireless. I tried all the troubleshooting tools that HP suggested to download but once it fell off my network this printer was unable to be fixed. Their tools also didn't work fixing the printer Wireless when I had the USB connected. I wasn't going to have a printer that I would have to reconfigure every time I tried to use it so I gave up and took it back to Best Buy for a full refund. I won't waste my time with another HP. I reconnected my older HP printer and when it dies I will move on to a competitor's printer.
