    Had a problem connecting to my WIFI. Had to call the GEEK SQUAD for help. It took two weeks . I kept trying on my own and finally it started working. Go Figure. Since then has been working just fine.

    I haven’t had an HP Printer in a long time, but needed a new printer and this one was recommended by my sister. Nice appearance, I really like the double-sided printing and the HP Smart App is very handy. The Printables look interesting and the other printing accessories are a Great add! I would like it better though if there was a larger view of the Ink Levels and how to add the cartridges. I had looked it up on YouTube. (I had an Epson Printer for the last 14 years which worked differently) Overall, it’s a Great Printer! Print-outs all are clear and aligned, and the color is evenly absorbed, also aligned perfectly, without blemish!

    I’d give it no stars if that were an option. This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It was the only printer that Bets Buy sold when I needed a printer that would fit into the space where my old printer was. I have always had HP printers, but I may try to find something else after this. It doesn’t stay connected to my WiFi, my iPad or my iPhone. It rarely wants to print when I want to use it and if I do get it to finally print something it ends up printing out more than one copy when it finally gets to it. Most of the time I am just left taking screenshots of everything that I would have really wanted to print out and keep hard copy of though because it just won’t work. I’ll admit that I’m not a tech savvy person, but these things used to be plug and play. This is definitely NOT.
