The Hewitt Packard printer is easy to use and does not take up a lot of space. Very reasonably priced as well. The geek squad set it up for us as we are senior citizens. Everything worked out well.

This easy to setup and use printer has all the features of a larger, more expensive printer I need in my home office but with a much smaller footprint. It’s been providing reliable printing at an economical price.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was afraid it was going to be too big and bulky for the small-medium writing desk I have in my room. It's perfect and it fits in with my bedroom decor. Great quality print and it is pretty quiet and fast.

Easy set up and connecting to devices! Great value! It does it all scan, copy and print. You can even print pictures! Great quality prints. I am an instant ink subscriber so my ink cartridges are a lot cheaper

I bought this printer to replace an HP DeskJet that I loved, but the rolling mechanism for the rear print feed kept pulling down more than one page at a time whenever I would send a print job. The main reason I purchased this printer was because it had a tray instead of a rear print feed. Set-up was very easy. You can choose to set up the printer via scanning a QR code with your smart phone (after you install the HP Smart app) or you set it up via your computer. This printer doesn’t take up much space. This printer doesn’t have an obvious display panel. There are buttons/lights on the front that light up. The printer emits different color lights and each color represents a different status of the printer (e.g., purple = waiting to connect to Wi-Fi, blue = ready, etc.). This printer prints fast and quietly. Set-up was fast. You can’t beat six months of free via Instant Ink. I definitely recommend this printer if you need a printer/scanner all-in-one printer, but you aren’t doing any high capacity printing. This printer is great for personal use, a student, and those who work from home who need to print.

I've always had HP printers. This printer is great for my needs -- most months I print a few pages, 2-3 times a year a larger amount. Looks like the printer I bought a few years ago, but a little smaller & updated. Love that it prints 2-sided. Easy to set up, good print quality. I also like the free ink trial. It doesn't do legal size but fortunately I seldom need that. Would recommend.

Easy to set up and connects wirelessly to all of my devices. Prints quickly and quality is very good. Also scans and copies, but only one page at a time. Small machine that doesn't take up much space -- perfect for low volume printing needs.

This replaced our loud, bulky Epson WF 3620, that had terrible quality printing. We like the compact size of this HP Envy and the convenience of instant ink. Print quality is great, with photo quality suitable for framing. Much quieter than the Epson.

Easy to setup, I was able to configure it to slow speed in order to get a quieter operation, not that it was loud, but with slow speed you can barely hear it. It comes with two ink cartridges but they are for setup only, I did not know that and had tu purchases them at a later date.

I really liked this printer and how easy it was to install using the HP Smart app, but I had to return it, unfortunately. The reason I had to return it was because this printer does not have the funtion to directily scan to email. I do love the small footprint of this printer. It fit perfectly on my desk, It is smiliar in size to my old Envy 5530 which scans to email. All in all it is a nice home office printer if you do not need scan to email.

The print quality and color are fine for every day household purposes. However I was having trouble getting it to print certain documents and I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I worked with the Geek Squad and we figured out it seemed okay when hard-wired as opposed to wireless. As my printer sits right next to the computer, that’s a fix I can work with. When I returned home, the printer FINALLY cleared out the print queue. I tried the HP online help before asking the Geek Squad and it was useless!

We got this printer as an extra for back up of our old one. It does what its supposed to do. Basic printing and scanning. Its somewhat fast and quiet. The only reason took off one star was the fact that u do need strong WiFi in home otherwise printer will result in error page and if u continue to reprint all the backlog does not delete. U are left with old printing staus pages that can not be cancelled. Overall good basic printer. Like that it comes with a year supply of ink.

I am very disappointed with this printer. The ink cartridges are small and don't last very long. (No, I don't want to mess around with instant ink). The paper holder does not hold enough paper. Have to refill too frequently. I am not a technical person by any means so I found the instructions way too sparse. Needs to be much more detailed especially when trying to set up the wireless feature. Also EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET IT SYNCED WITH MY COMPUTER. I still have not figured out how to swap back and forth between cable and wireless. The cable is hooked up but when the wi-fi is not working it does not automatically switch over to cable. Why not. It took we 8.5 hours to get it set up and working. Ridiculous. I should have bought a Canon. The actual printing is good quality. But so was Canon.
