This printer is a major improvement over our last printer. It is so easy to use printing from our phone or another room.

I’d give it no stars if that were an option. This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It was the only printer that Bets Buy sold when I needed a printer that would fit into the space where my old printer was. I have always had HP printers, but I may try to find something else after this. It doesn’t stay connected to my WiFi, my iPad or my iPhone. It rarely wants to print when I want to use it and if I do get it to finally print something it ends up printing out more than one copy when it finally gets to it. Most of the time I am just left taking screenshots of everything that I would have really wanted to print out and keep hard copy of though because it just won’t work. I’ll admit that I’m not a tech savvy person, but these things used to be plug and play. This is definitely NOT.

Helpful staff, I was a bit harried upon entering the store. I was in search of a somewhat packable "travel sized" printer at anaffordable price. I needed to print some class completion certificates and my current printer bit the dust the night before class ended.

The salesperson was very patient and helpful. The only thing I would say otherwise is that he told me it was easy to install and for me, a technologically challenged person, it was not, but I managed to get through it and I like the product. Overall, good job.

Serves our needs for just an everyday home printer. Do not use it every day but occasionally print something and it works fine. Took a few days to work out all the intricacies of setting it up completely so it would work automatically.

Got this so i could print stickers and then cut them with the cricut. Works great.

This printer replaced an older expensive HP that was not working all the time and used lots of ink. This one seems much better on ink, the cartridges are not as expensive and they offer a 3 month free ink special. Already got my new cartidges!

My wife was looking for a printer and got this one. She loves it and says it’s perfect and so easy to use.

This copier is easy for me to use. Which is just what I needed.

It prints good but goes out of ink pretty fast. I'm working towards my MBA and need to print materials quite often. I was only able to print like 3 case papers (granted they were 20 pages each) before the ink ran out. I'm used to a Brother branded printer which ink holds for longer. If you are looking for an occasional printer, this is good and good price. However, if you have a student or need to print constantly, you may want to invest in something a little pricier since the ink cost for this one will outweigh the cost of investing a higher quality printer.
