After 11 days of trying to set up my new printer, with no success, a friend came over and was able to get the computer and printer to communicate. He said that he is not sure exactly what was wrong that it didn't do it when I followed the directions from HP and from Apple. Anyway, I am happy with the printer. I had a very difficult time communicating with best buy. I tried on several occasions to reach the "geek squad", but could not get past the automated voice. In the end, I am happy with my printer, and I hope it lasts forever, because the memory of the installation will.

Prints, scans and copies. What else ya need? Works as should and no complaints.

Real easy to connect and use with multiple devices

Installation is as easy as plugging the printer into the wall outlet and clicking next in the installation software. No need to download drivers, HPsoftware does it for you. The printing speed is good. The design is compact and good looking. A good printer for its value. I am highly satisfied.

The printer works well. The directions for hookup are difficult and i had my son in law who is quite a techi. Im still having trouble figuring out how to get it to scan. Once again the directions dont align. I need to find some help again.

Is a good replacement for my old Envy 4501 printer.

I totally loved my printer, it was great at being fast and efficient as a college student. I have an HP laptop so it connected well, but sometimes I would struggle to print through it and so printing from my phone really helped out. Great connection to my phone as well because I print through it more than my laptop. Double sided printing helped save so much on paper too and the colors worked well. To me it felt like the ink ran out quickly, but I did have to print out quite a bit for my classes so I’m not sure. Overall, I would recommend buying this printer.

Very happy so far with the ease and quality of this copier. I really like being able to print items from my phone or laptop. The only challenge has been that I've had to restart the printer on several occasions in order to reinstate the wifi connection. Otherwise, set up and use has been pretty easy.
