I have to get my granddaughter to help me get a document to print once it stops. My patience is growing thin with this printer. I plan on getting another printer to replace this one. The price was ok but i just cannot get it to function properly. The problem really maybe just me, the operator.

Set up was simple, no issues whatsoever. Printer performs very well for color and black and white printing and photos are good as well. Only real issue is the print rate is a little slow, but, for the price, I can wait a minute or two longer.

I googled, Best Buy had what i wanted and good price. i was able to find it online easily. They had different options for shipping and delivery. Everything went smooth except i created a problem by ordering as a guest and the order got messed up problem with ApplePay on my phone, so because i ordered as a guest it was hard to straighten out. i created an account and then ordered again, all smooth, but the other problem was status unclear. It was super easy to reach BestBuy support on the phone, i had 2 or 3 calls with them, they were supportive and their help led to a solution. The order/s were on time (i had an extra order due to the first failed order as guest) and i got my printer, the other one was held at the store and then shipped back. Very good experience, all phone agents i talked to made it excellent.

The plug in back of the print keeps falling out. I only bought Envy because it was the only hp printer left in the store. All I wanted was a simple hp printer like ones I've used for years, but this envy is far from simple with all its different color lights and buttons that one has to be familiar with and learn to trouble shoot if they don't perform right. No more hps for me.

The power cord problem you describe concerns me most, and I believe it deserves further investigation. I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and determine the best course of action. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

Even so I have NO instructions! It is not as easy to use as my Brother printer that had instructions on the box as well as a separate manual! There is NO screen and it was not obvious where to put the paper, ink cartridges or even where the on and off switch was located! The salesperson told me that no installation was required, just plug it in! She obviously knew nothing about this particular printer. However, it is small and fits easily on my desk.
