Overall very pleased with this printer. Set up was simple, no issues whatsoever. Printer performs very well for color and black and white printing and photos are good as well. Only real issue is the print rate is a little slow, but, for the price, I can wait a minute or two longer.

Works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this to someone.

i had low expectations, i had never ordered from Best Buy on line before, i usually order from Amazon which was out of stock of everything, i needed a printer quick. I googled, Best Buy had what i wanted and good price. i was able to find it online easily. They had different options for shipping and delivery. Everything went smooth except i created a problem by ordering as a guest and the order got messed up problem with ApplePay on my phone, so because i ordered as a guest it was hard to straighten out. i created an account and then ordered again, all smooth, but the other problem was status unclear. It was super easy to reach BestBuy support on the phone, i had 2 or 3 calls with them, they were supportive and their help led to a solution. The order/s were on time (i had an extra order due to the first failed order as guest) and i got my printer, the other one was held at the store and then shipped back. Very good experience, all phone agents i talked to made it excellent.

Needed a fast and inexpensive printer for home use and found this very effective and versatile printer on sale. The sale people very kind and the purchase was smooth and fast.

This printer serves me well for what I need. It prints well and I am happy with it.

It took me 2 weeks to find someone from Best Buy who could guide me through the installation process. Even so I have NO instructions! It is not as easy to use as my Brother printer that had instructions on the box as well as a separate manual! There is NO screen and it was not obvious where to put the paper, ink cartridges or even where the on and off switch was located! The salesperson told me that no installation was required, just plug it in! She obviously knew nothing about this particular printer. However, it is small and fits easily on my desk.

After downloading and studying 60 plus pages of the Envy 6055 manual I found online, the printer is starting to work. The plug in back of the print keeps falling out. I only bought Envy because it was the only hp printer left in the store. All I wanted was a simple hp printer like ones I've used for years, but this envy is far from simple with all its different color lights and buttons that one has to be familiar with and learn to trouble shoot if they don't perform right. No more hps for me.

Good build quality, easy set up. Printing quality has been satisfactory so far both b/w and color. Only issue was while connecting through phone initially, even though the printer identified the WiFi connection but was not able to connect. Had to connect through the computer.

I like the product and so far it’s working great. It was also easy to Set.

I had trouble with a previous printer interacting with my iMac computer and the salesperson assured me that this printer would be compatible, and it was!

Just what we were looking for. Works great prints fast and very crisp.

Had high hopes for this since was an HP but my trust was misplaced. This printer wouldn't work right from the get go. It constantly fails to connect for wifi printing which is why I purchaded this printer in the first place. HP customer service is an absolute joke and had us on the phone for a total of almost 4 hours trying the same thing over and over and told us we couldnt get a replacement. As for the instant ink service that this product comes with while fast and convenient it only is a benefit if they dont send you defective ink which is what happened to us. So with defective ink being sent to us and the printer just not connecting for printing this purchase was a complete let down. Best buy took care of us and accepted our return. We wont be buying this printer again.
