    Printer gets picky as to which document that it wants to print. I have to get my granddaughter to help me get a document to print once it stops. My patience is growing thin with this printer. I plan on getting another printer to replace this one. The price was ok but i just cannot get it to function properly. The problem really maybe just me, the operator.

    Overall it is a good printer, it gets the job done. Is it the most efficient? No. It tends to go offline after a short time so I turn it off then back on to hop back online. It's possible there's a faster way that I'm missing. Important to note that there isn't a screen on this printer, only buttons. In hindsight I believe a printer with a screen is super valuable as it allows you to see exactly what you're selecting & reduces initial confusion. I'm thankful I have a printer that prints/copies etc but I wouldn't recommend this exact product to a friend.

    Great printer and looks sleek and preformed fantastic. Although the start up process was kind of difficult. Directions kind of misleading where some things were to connect printer to WiFi and laptop.
