Initially, I had to go to outside sources because it was not printing in color. That was a frustrating hassle. I also wish it had come with a hard copy manual.

And try really has to be full wich is annoying. Idk mabey we nee replacment dont think it should be hasle for glossy paper print on

I like that it has a paper tray underneath instead of having to feed it through the top. I think it makes it look more tidy. So far no paper jams. Prints high quality photos with hp photo printing paper.

Initially easy setup, but we changed routers and this wireless system doesn’t have a simple find/enter PW mode even using smart phone app. Everything is- oh you need help... it prints the instructions. I bet it’s printed 20 pages of this months Insta-Ink supply and I’m still not reconnected!

I can imagine how frustrating it would be to have this function complicated by the change in router, especially considering the device prints instructions that count against your Instant Ink plan. Loved it till it stopped working

Didnt use it very much at all and it died in the middle of printing a receipt and wont turn back on. Thought it was the outlet, nope. Unplugged from the back of the printer and plugged back still no power. I loved it until it died out of no where.

I got it working in 10 min and I'm not a tech person. However, I did have to use Youtube to find more instructions such as scanning. I love that it's not bulky too. This is the first HP that I've purchased
