And try really has to be full wich is annoying. Idk mabey we nee replacment dont think it should be hasle for glossy paper print on

I like that it has a paper tray underneath instead of having to feed it through the top. I think it makes it look more tidy. So far no paper jams. Prints high quality photos with hp photo printing paper.

As a brand new condo we had a brand new.. still in box defective printer as well as a professionally installed by X-finity...defective router. Returned printer to Best Buy and ordered this one. Router replaced and all is well.

It might be our Wi-Fi since we have trouble with it. Did not know I can only scan one document at a time. If I can I have not found out yet. I am so use to depending on WiFi to print too. The printer does the job so this might not be a fair review.

Initially easy setup, but we changed routers and this wireless system doesn’t have a simple find/enter PW mode even using smart phone app. Everything is- oh you need help... it prints the instructions. I bet it’s printed 20 pages of this months Insta-Ink supply and I’m still not reconnected!
