I have to get my granddaughter to help me get a document to print once it stops. My patience is growing thin with this printer. I plan on getting another printer to replace this one. Initially easy setup, but we changed routers and this wireless system doesn’t have a simple find/enter PW mode even using smart phone app. Everything is- oh you need help... it prints the instructions. I bet it’s printed 20 pages of this months Insta-Ink supply and I’m still not reconnected!

I got it working in 10 min and I'm not a tech person. However, I did have to use Youtube to find more instructions such as scanning. I love that it's not bulky too. This is the first HP that I've purchased
