    Bought to replace my 10 year old canon .set up was a little trying.no problem with phone and tablet,but my hp laptop was a no go..lucky hp tech support figured it out works as should..so far,so good

    Setting up needed computer knowledge more than I have. Size is small and looks good. Never needing to worry about ink running out as of the plan bought will send ink cartridges as needed. Appears to not have sizing capabilities may be a concern if I find I miss that option.

    Only had this a little bit, but so far so good. It’s the most impressed I’ve been with any printer purchase and I’m happy you can print in black and white even if a color cartridge is out or low. Smooth setup, and solid interface. Look forward to more use!

    Printing is fine, but it is horrible trying to connect to our Wi-Fi. All of our other devices connect without any issues, but this printer keeps losing the signal, especially when we refresh our Wi-Fi router and modem. Very disappointed, as we have had good experiences with HP laptops and printers in the past.

    Decent basic printer. Print outs arent very sharp so I definitely wouldn't use for anything professional. Scanning/copying is a little cumbersome because each page has to be scanned/copied individually. But it is easier to get straight copies as there is no feeder to pull them in crooked. Is a hassle to set up and turn on. Isn't just plug in and use like the old ones. Is a few minute process to reach around the back of the machine to turn it on, then go through whatever it does to set up. Uses different color lights as indicators which are not intuitive.
