Easy to set up . Prints fairly quickly . Some issues with staying on wifi but not sure if it’s my wifi or the printer itself . Had to restart a few times but seems to reconnect quickly.

Easy to set up, simple to use. Has both b/w color options, it's compact, and also it's a scanner.

This printer was easy to set up and it is easy to use. The print quality is excellent and we have benefited greatly from the HP automatic ink.

This is a great printer and its wireless printing capabilities are very convenient. I needed a printer that can print documents quickly and this printer completes the job.

Works really well. It's fast, and has great print quality. I replaced an Epson because that printer was having trouble with my Mesh network but this HP seems to manage it very well.

In the short time that I have owned this new printer, it has been very reliable and easy to use. Best part was the excellent price I got from Best Buy. Only minor criticism is that, when it engages to print a document, it make a pretty loud sound that make one wonder if it is actually broken. However, it has never failed to then print properly. Maybe just the owner’s vivid imagination!! :-)

This printer was easy to set up and works really well. The person that helped me didn’t try to upsell me on other things than what I needed and wanted. I appreciated that and this works fine for me.

Very easy to set up and use. Took me less then 5 mins to set it up and start to print. Printer was for grandma and showed her how to use it. Simple and easy to use.

The HP Envy 6165e has been an excellent all-in-one printer for my home office. Setup was straightforward, and the wireless connection has been reliable—no drops or frustrating reconnecting loops. The print quality is sharp for both documents and photos, and the AI-enabled features make scanning and organizing files incredibly easy. One of my favorite parts is the included 6 months of Instant Ink (plus the bonus month with the code). It takes all the stress out of running out of ink—new cartridges arrive right when I need them, and the cost per page is much better than buying ink the traditional way. The compact design is clean and modern, and it fits nicely on my desk without taking up too much space. It’s quiet, quick, and perfect for everyday printing needs. Easy printer to use for printing and scanning. Takes up very little room. Easy to operate and re-locate if needed. No issues so far so I will give it an A+.

Easy set up for older gentleman like me the color is perfect easy to print Sometimes I just print just to see it print on both sides. The quality is great.

Better than expected I appreciate that as soon as you open the paper tray it asked if you are changing paper size or type . So far very user friendly
