Nice size, generally easy to set up, a little slow but good overall

We just got this printer becuase we are not heavy users. My wife might print a ups label here and there. If you are a heavy user maybe getting a printer more efficient will be a better option or lazer printer. I rememver having an HP printer and and it was a realy good product. The smart app on this thing compensate the missing screen. But how need an screen with this gorgeous clean looking printer smaller than my previus brother printer and the ink cartridges are priced super reasonable.

The HP Envy is a compact flat paper feeder tray printer. It's easy to install. I had 2 problems with it, 1) The color ink cartridge was defective and it took me quite some time to confirm that with an HP representative. And then it took a week to get the replacement cartridge, so we weren't able to use the new printer for that length of time. 2) There is no window to view what options you have to operate the printer, just icons that light up at times which makes it difficult to understand how to operate the copier and scanner part of the printer.

Great price a quick and silent printer. HP has the best printers on the market!!!

I'm a Best Buy fan and always have a positive experience when visiting my local store. I was in need of upgrading my old printer for my home office and spent some time with the HP rep in the store as he explained the different models and benefits. The HP-Envy 6455e is not a workhorse, i.e. it is not meant for heavy office use. I don't print large or complicated projects, just simple document and photo print jobs. While the 6455e is slower than my previous printer, it isn't by much and has not been a problem. Very easy set up. It just works! And the ink subscription service I've been using for years was easily transferred to this new machine. If you just need a good workable printer that does simple printing, this one is a great choice.

Easy to use and the print quality is great. Fits perfectly on top of the small filing cabinet between my desk and the wall. I recently downloaded the manual and have everything just a click away.

Honestly this is a good purchase. It prints out smooth and the setup was easy with the guidance it includes. I print directly from my phone and I love it

It was easy enough to install, but afterwards it got disconnected from the internet, and I could not get it to reconnect. None of the trouble-shooting tools were of any help. Turns out that there is a tiny button on the back of the printer that just had to be pressed. There was no info to even indicate it was there. Very frustrating.

Easy to install, works with no issue. Great quality prints and not bulky in size. Would recommend highly.

Great quality printing. Through the HP mobile app, you can print printables that our kids like. Not used to not really having as many buttons/options on a screen on the printer, but it keeps our youngest from printing copies for us that we don't need. Only downfall is sometimes it does not stay online or synced when it goes to sleep so when you try to print randomly from your phone... you have to unplug and restart the printer.

Simple to set up, fast and reliable! We bought it for school purposes in-order to print and copy mainly, but it does it all.

I bought this to be able to print out documents and pictures, and it has done exactly that. I love all of the features it has and that it’s wireless. My biggest complaint is the connectivity. I constantly have to re-connect it despite if I have it connected via usb directly to my computer.

this is a very quiet printer I don't print much so it's perfect for my use. Haven't had to use the instant ink yet although cartridges have arrived. The scanner does a really good job as does the printer

This is a nice basic printer for light use, decent speed, quality result. The instant ink feature is a big plus. The new display format takes some getting used to but ultimately it is able to provide more information than the old screen.

Great middle of the line family, online business printer. Wifi and print ability via phone is great. Easy setup and good quality print.

It’s the third HP wireless device we’ve had in recent years. Good quality printing and copies. Biggest problem is that it goes offline far too often.
