For the price this printer is very reliable and easy to use. Print speed and quality are excellent for the price. Using a quality paper stick will keep the printer from jamming. The deal for the replacement ink is sweet! The worse thing is when the printer is sleep and you have to wake it up but it’s not a deal breaker.

Love the small size as it fits nicely in the cabinet. Set up was fairly easy but still working on getting other devices to recognize the printer.

A very moody printer

This printer works fine but it is a real pain, nuisance, inconvenient and very inconsistent tool. I guess if you print things everyday it probably would work better. We don't print everyday so I constantly have to turn it off and then back on. There is no power button so I have to pull the plug out of the back, give it a few seconds and then plug it back in. I called the Geek Squad about this and was told that wireless printers are moody and go on and offline constantly even though mine is right next to my router. I could hardwire it to my computer but was told I'd then lose my wireless capabilities. And so almost every time I go to use this printer I must pull the power cord out of the back of it and then plug it back in. While there are worse things that have happened in my life it does cost us coupons sometimes. My wife will click on a site to print a coupon and nothing will register on our printer. Some sites only allow you one chance to print a coupon so once you have done that you can't do it again and then she is just out of luck because our computer is offline. The only way to make sure it is online is to click the HP Smart app on our computer and check the status. The blue wifi light on the actual printer is on all the time which supposedly indicates we are online but we usually aren't. So if you don't mind a moody printer and having to go through certain steps almost every time you want to use it then this is a fine printer. It prints very well but it just doesn't always want to print. Had I not paid $130 I would have trashed it and bought another. Oh well.

Set up was very easy. The wireless all-in-one scans, copies. and prints with ease. Having the choice for "instantink" is a plus as well. Well worth the cost!

This was my first Inkjet Printer, set up was fairly easy, tho I feel like they try hard to get you on an ink subscription, as far as printing it was pretty good, but not quite what I needed for printing High quality stickers, but for anything else it printed very good

I've iced lots of brands but hp generally does budget friendly printers. Last one I had I lived but the ink would never last even when it was still new not sure why but it dried out super quick. Hoping not to have same issue with this one. Easy set up but interface uses the HP app on phone or on computer only no real options on printer itself but not a deal breaker for me

Good not great. Had a few issues with things printing correctly, but overall this is a great printer. If a friend asks me for a recommendation for a good printer, I would recommend it. The color looks perfect. Also I love the overall design and look of the printer it is beautiful. Fits right in to my room décor.

Initially my black AND cartridge was faulty & i couldnt figure our what rhe issue was because that’s never happened to me before… But when I finally took the black ink cartridge out, I was able to print with the color cartridge, then I called HP ordered a new black ink cartridge installed the new one and voilà! Love the design of this HP, multifunction printer, and love that I can print, double-sided, and scan multiple pages at a time. The only thing I think is a little strange is that you can’t use legal size paper in it… Why? That makes no sense to me. But other than that, it’s perfect for my needs.

I have had multiple HP printers and none were as easy to set up as this one. The App worked perfectly on my phone, laptop and desktop computer. It’s pretty quiet when printing as well. The scanner function produced great quality images. It also wakes up from standby mode fast and prints right away.

Pro: it uses one of the cheaper inksets out there (HP67), so overall you might save on ink cost over the years, because you don't have to buy one of the most demanded inks (like HP63). Just compare prices for HP67 vs HP63, and you'll see why this saves you over the long term. Con: it lacks buttons and menus, it's just touch-surfaces and glowing lights (blue, yellow, red). That means you have to know and memorize what the glowing lights mean, and what to do. I went and bought a 2nd printer just because it had buttons and a menu, so I can navigate to basic stuff like cleaning rollers, without having to relearn what its flashing color mean.

So, far so good. Setting up the printer was extremely easy. The step by step instructions are fool proof. I really like the LED color changes. It let's you know what it's doing with each color change. The only thing I would hit on negative is the ink cartridge size. If you plan on printing a lot I would bump up to a larger printer.

I bought this for my wife for her home business. It was initially easy to setup and get connected through the app to all our devices. After a couple of months, we started dealing with constant paper jams. We would open up the printer, remove the paper and it would be fine. They stopped after a while, but in the last month the printer has become inoperable due to a paper jam error with no paper jam to be found. I have restarted the printer, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, tried connected directly to my laptop via cable and still unable to print. I have researched fixes online and nothing has worked, so we will have to replace the printer.
