A great printer, mine cratered and I needed something because I do a lot of printing for my husband's job.

This printer works well and makes quality printed copies. I am trying out instant ink and am not sure how that will go; have received one shipment so far. The printer is a little slow. Overall good product and I would recommend it.

The quality of the copies is excellent. The ease of scanning and loading documents is awesome. I would recommend this printer to anyone.

Printer HP655 has smooth design, with exception of output paper holder is too flimsy, and can break easily. Top cover has no indentation for fingers, or extra place to ve able to pull cover up. Paper tray too small. Ink cartridges are still difficult to take out and replace.

Printer was easy to setup and easy to use. I can print from my iPhone and iPad without a problem.

The printer works as should. Easy to install and use.

I recently bought a new hp printer. The two associates were very helpful and explained many things I needed to know about this printer. I went back a few days later and another associate helped me with a problem with the software. He was excellent. Great job Best Buy!

I have been extremely pleased with my Envy 6555e. I originally had problem setting it up, but that was my problem, not HP. I love it. i like the Instant Ink option. I wontrun ouit of inik and have to run to the store when I do.

This thing is a nightmare. It drops connectivity multiple times per day. Restarting the printer is the only way to reconnect - I kid you not! Also, it took 2+ hours to set up. I gave it two stars because when it works, the output looks great. My previous model was the Office Jet 4650, which only lasted two years of home business use. The Envy 6555e was my 4th or 5th HP printer, the quality has fully degraded, and I am done with this brand.
