This printer does all that I demand of it. I like that it has a feeder for documents. The print quality is very good and it prints on both sides. I print bank statements and various documents for charities that I volunteer for. In addition, the price was reasonable.

Service, price all good. Was a little difficult to set up, but I am not the most computer literate person. Like the fact that the ink is affordable. Time will tell. Hope it holds up!

Great printer. Only place to get the ink cheap is Office Depot, all other places are expensive. Also when downloading the printer and computer, they have to be next to router otherwise it will not download. It was a pain moving a desk top and the printer around to get it on line. But the printer is a good printer.

Overall happy with this printer although there were a few glitches initially when I installed it. Said it had a paper jam even though we didn’t have paper in yet. Then couldn’t get the printer to turn off. Button wouldn’t work. After unplugging a few times finally got everything to clear and reset. Working fine now. One negative I do have is the power button being on the back of the printer. Very inconvenient to get to

Picked out this new printer as our prior one started to grind however was discontuned. The only issue I have is the on/off botton is located on the backside of the printer. Besides that I don't have any issues with the unit.

I had a very old printer so this new one is great! One problem, it doesn’t always connect to my iPhone or iPad mini. So it takes a while to figure out how to get it to work. I wish it was easier to use.
