But we are learning new things. We love the quality of the print , both for printing and to copy. We have used the fax a couple of times.

A piece of junk!!!

The worst printer that I have ever owned or used. It does not print half the time or it partial prints a document. When the ink shows low, but still have some, printing is erratic. The paper tray is worthless. The system shows it needs paper even though the tray is full of the few sheets that will fit I am so disappointed with this poor level of product quality from HP! They are only in this to sell INK. The adage applies, you get what you pay for!.
