Printer won't connect to wifi

Printer will not connect to wireless network. Icons on LED panel were useless. Called geeksquad for appointment to setup (hopefully). Never had this headache with a HP printer.

Piece of garbage - horrible diagnostic tools

After being setup it is always losing the connection and impossible to get back. I never had this problem with other devices or printers over my WiFi The diagnostic tools do not say why the printer shows offline. First don't waste your money, More importantly, don't waste your time. This device will consumes many many hours of your time, for me this takes away from my ability to work
