Third time was not a charm

I have another hp printer that I've had for years and it works fine but this one I've returned twice and the third one is bad too. Decided to get this one because my older one is in the basement. I still have to go to the basement to print.

Expected HP Quality

Garbage

After 3 months of use it would no longer recognize the ink cartridges. Called customer support 4 times. They ended up sending me a replacement printer that was a different model and it was refurbished and that printer would not turn on without the ink cartridge carrier continuing to just move back and forth non stop.

Long Time HP Printer User

They never disappoint (just avoid generic ink cartridges). Once again I am happy with my purchase. It is also easy to set up.

The document feeder does not work properly. The lid is warped and very difficult to open. It is quick and makes good copies. I will have to return the product and get another one.

Junk for sale.

I’ve used it 3x times and now it’s outside the return window. I normally come to best buy because I trust the vet the quality of their products. This purchase has been a huge let down and has me second guessing buying anything here again.
