I have to unplug it and start it again. During my first print of 20 pages I noticed it was streaking and smudging after about the first 10 prints. I ran the clean feature and that worked but in the first 10 prints should I have to really clean it? It took an extra 15 minutes and loss of a few pages. A few days later I'm spending 15-20 minutes starting the printer (starting then unplugging and restarting), restarting my laptop (it shows offline if I don't have the printer on before I start my computer), before I can actually print. Once it does start the computer does not recognize it's on. I have to restart my computer and then it all works. This is a big hassle. HORRIBLE experience.
