    Incredible good deal for this desk top. Geek squad did a superb job in transferring my data from an inoperable laptop. They installed 365 and spent time making sure I am able to use it properly.

    I was very pleased to receive help with determining the need to update my Tower. It would have been easy for the Tech to just update my old Tower and say nothing, but they took the time to go through all my options that was best for my usage of my computer and myself. Thank you!!

    Computer arrived on time and was relatively easy to install. My only real issue was I received an e-mail from Best Buy in Bozeman, MT offering the same computer for $200 less than I paid.

    I bought this item with Windows 11 because Microsoft is going to discontinue supporting Windows 10. However, I was disappointed to find out that Windows 11 does not support my excellent existing multifunction laser printer/scanner/copier. My only options are to either return the computer or alternatively, to buy a new equivalent printer/scanner/copier for almost as much money as the cost of the computer. Thanks Microsoft. You suck.
