    I trust Best Buy and pleased that orders are delivered in a timely fashion. I do think that your problem solving robot process, just like most systems, is difficult at best.

    When finally found how to get it connected to my monitor, the picture was great. I have had 2 head injuries which have left me somewhat my memory and some understanding the written instructed, so I had to schedule an in home visit so it hasn’t been used yet.

    Just a computer! Worked as soon as I plugged it in. It has all the capabilities I knew I needed. Forgot to list minor things like speakers and microphone, which are easily added if I discover I need them.
