defective keyboard. period key would not work at all then other times it would not stop printing.

The device output jack that I was using for speakers in the back of the PC stopped working within 2 months. I wanted to get it fixed because it was under warranty, but BB doesn't do warranty fixes for HP anymore (per geek squad). I called HP tech support, and they walked me through steps that rendered my PC useless and I couldn't get to the recovery key. I won't buy HP ever again.

Not as good as the old HP. The start button is small not easy turn on. They have cheapen the whole thing up. Look somewhere else.

a little bulky and slower than i thought it would be

the ease of hooking up and downloading my apps was keeping me from buying a new one , but I couldn't believe how easy it was. Hookup was in minutes , everything was so easy and fast. It eliminated many wires and i'm loving the wireless keyboard and mouse .

Everything works awesome. Still getting use to the new Windows, but everything works smoth and really enjoy this product very much.

Works as described. Only problem the power button needs to be pressed lightly. If pressed to hard the power button will jam.

Good machine for the money- easy to use and good value

Computer is fine,. Nice upgrade from a 10-year old non-Windows 11-Capablemachine. A week after buying, I got some Amazon Basics speakers, as my old speakers weren't working with new machine. Got the speakers working and was quite happy. The next day, speakers stopped working. I tried them on my old machine and they were fine. Went trough all the trouble-shooting, nothing helped. Did an on-line chat with someone who was no help. Spent over an hour on hold today to get someone who told me they can't help because the speakers "aren't HP". I'm pretty sure the problem is on the little speaker jack on the back of the machine because headphones I plugged in there don't produce any sound either. Probably should return the computer but it was a hassle getting everything transferred and working. I get a little sound out of my monitor so I guess I'll just live with it.

Perfect upgrade to my current desk top 8 year old HP computer.

Returned 2 days later. It apparently had been returned by someone else who had entered data on the computer.

Your geek squad is a waste. I had them transfer my files and nothing worked correctly. My son had to straighten out everything. I will never have the geek squad again.
