Good speed. DId require purchase of external USB for DVDs.

HP is not bad. Why i left you, i have no idea. so far so good! best buy saved me! the processing and the memory are working best and its incredible! No, it doesn't have a cd-rom but i have a blu-ray connector and i can still burn blu-ray movies! Not bad for 800.00.

Why would HP sell a computer with a keyboard and a mouse that doesn't work? They supplied a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse with no instructions as to how to get them to work. This computer has no way to read CD's or DVD's, yet important software is on CD's. I guess CD's and DVD's will soon be obsolete.

Fast as lighting with no delays of any sort. Hooked it up and away I went into every app I had. Only drawback for me was that it did not have speakers and I had to buy them. No big deal as I can always use them with another computer.

A good computer for both home and office, certainly adequate for running Microsoft office software. Its rather compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the desk.

Good clean view screen. I like it . Unfortunately I didn’t know it didn’t have a way to load discs when I bought it based on a recommendation, otherwise it’s good. I don’t think everyone is ready fhor discless computers yet. Too many things still operate with discs.

Once I set this up and Successfully transfer Programs / Files / Etc. from my other old PC using ( PC Mover) to this PC. Simple to do, but may take time a long time due to how much needs to be transferred ?

My new computer is doing well. I had a few hick ups but it is working out well. Thank you to the man (I can't remember his name, but he was the best) for helping twice. He made it easy for me, and not thinking I have no idea of what I'm doing.

I have only been using this product for several weeks. So far I am very happy with this purchase. The item works fast. BB staff was friendly and helpful. All around a good experience.

Decent tower PC for the money, boots fast with the SSD. I wish more of the USB ports were on the back of the PC as the tower is under a desk and it would clean up the cabling.

Perfect for all my needs watching YouTube videos and streaming movies, my wife uses it to type out her recipes over all its a great computer for the money and I have no complaints

I purchased this computer for my wife’s business. She is ecstatic because I replaced an older system with this new one … much faster … everything works … very happy!

It boots up in 3 seconds. Has no issue opening up programs directly after startup. I would highly recommend this as a business workstation or for a college student.

Upgraded my old i3 desktop for the HP i5 and has been working great. It actually connects to 5G wireless as my old desktop did not.

Quite an improvement over our old computer. The Geek Squad tech did a fine job setting up the new computer for us and transferring our old data to the new one.

I like the fact that it quickly turns on. It is compact and the keyboard is wonderful. It is so soft and sensitive. This is perfect for my needs.

The power button is thin and barely juts out from the face of this pc, a little difficult to find at times. Quick running of programs.

Works a lot faster than my old one. Came with a cordless keyboard which I like. There also is a cordless mouse. Glad I made the purchase.

This definitely works for its intended purposes (graphics and processing) so I can't really complain... BUT - the main issue I have with this is the lack of certain output ports on this device. Granted, this is all included on the spec sheets. Just saying that if you aren't confident in what ports you may want/need in a desktop, I would maybe reconsider getting this device as your immediate choice. Regardless, a great device and would recommend!!
