I was very grateful. The Geek Squad man who came to set up my computer was awesome! He showed me everything I need to know and even showed me how to play a harder “Spider” game! Very friendly. Wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. I’m very impressed and pleased.

Great computer, but would reboot for no reason

But within a week of getting it, I would get the Blue Screen of Death and the computer would reboot itself a couple times a day, of course losing any thing you had been working on. Of course, once we made an appointment to get it checked out by Geek Squad, it stopped doing it. We took it in anyway and let them know it had not rebooted in 2 days so they checked it out, updated the drivers and tested it and could not get it to replicate. Got it home and it worked for a couple days, but still occasionally reboots. Thinking of taking it back, but it has gotten better. Not sure if the system fixed itself and I am waiting to see. Great computer, really fast, but recommend if you are going to buy it, and it does it, return it immediately before you load all your software onto it.
