    This personal computer works good. Only thing I don’t like is how it wants you to save everything to the cloud. Once I figured out how to work around that I now save everything to my digital drive and all is good

    Actually I wish I hadn’t bought this item. The geek squad handled the transfer of my data from my old computer in such an incompetent manner that I lost important files that I can never recover. I would have been better off not doing this purchase.

    The hardware is fine, but windows 11 is crap. Nothing is intuitive. It is hard to find things I use frequently.

    Product was ok, would have been better if the sales sticker didn't have to be removed from the product. Also the loaded windows 365, should have been a sign in option rather than the automatic personal free version.

    Easy to set up and quick to start up. Windows 11 is different from 10 and takes getting used to. Has lots of memory so no need for another hard drive to save my photos.
