Easy to order online. Picked up product at store with no problems.

very disappointed with this computer. Already had to send it in for repair of a faulty jack. Also, the keyboard stopped working. The delete button stopped working then sometimes it wouldn't recognize any key. Typing would just stop. Very difficult to get to a live person for help though when I did they were able to sort it out.

I just set up the computer and I do not have any issue with it.

All seems to be good with our choice of computer equipment

this was purchased as a home office machine. It is good for what it does. Performance is slightly lacking.

Staff was not as up to date on these ENVY's but they quickly found the information needed.

It has been hard to get all our information into this memory but it works well.

This was a very good purchase. This will take care of most all required personal tasks!

Quick Setup is the ONLY instruction! The Power On button is too small to see when installed. No guide for audio with HDMI. No spec for size of audio connectors. Serial number label is in a bag, NOT on the computer. Was not able to turn on until 12/29/21.

I am happy with it. It is slow coming out of sleep mode.

Cannot review at this time. Purchased the computer in early February but needed Geek Squad to come out to help with set up and data transfer. Their first opening was March 16, so I have had the computer for a month without being able to use it.

I've had this desktop for 9 months and I regret purchasing it. I've had nothing but issues with it. It has stopped reading external drives, both hard drives and cell phones. It constantly freezes. Won't update. Constantly have to re-start it. Crashes randomly. Web browsers, even when updated, don't seem to want to open. When you need it to work, it becomes a nightmare. Next step will be to try returning it, but I need to figure out how to remove all my files first.

I have always been an HP person and I thought an I7 with a 32" monitor would be perfect. NOT. Wifi system failure is really annoying and HP has no solution. Still trying various cures 03/03/22

Bought this as on Open Box in supposedly excellent condition. It arrived and was missing parts, no manual, keyboard and mouse just tossed loosely in the box. Had to go to the store to get the dongle that was supposed to come with it from HP to make the wireless mouse & kb work. Even after that, the kb didn't work. If this is what BB considers "excellent" I guess Good means it was found by the side of the road, and poor means it was found in a landfill. Won't make this mistake agian.

Not the best desktop I've ever had. It will not stay connected to my Wi-Fi. Finally after returning the desktop and trying with another desktop and having the same problem I just had the computer hard wired.

Very slow I paid full price for it but I will not recommend this product

Only one month the power supply fried! Had to get a different computer.
