GREAT!! What a difference. I changed from hard drive to SSD. This thing is fast; 15sec from turn on to ready for work. So far, no issues everything is good. Bought 7 months ago.

I needed a new desktop ASAP to replace a non working one. It was available on the shelf. Since it does not come with a CD read/writer,I had to buy one as I have a lot of data and programs on discs. It comes with 6 USB ports and I am using all of them. It's a good value for the money.

Set up easily, transferred everything from my old computer to this one quickly, and is SO much faster than my HP Pavilion, which is right at 10 years old. For me, it is like going from a VW bug to a Lincoln V8. The mouse and keyboard that came with it are a joy to use, much more user friendly than my old wired ones.

Needed to replace an old desktop. I really enjoy the speed and amount of storage space that is provided. I was also able to use reward points. Great purchase!

I have only had it a short time, Setup was easy and straight forward. It has done everything I have asked. Iam not running any intensive programs just surfing the internet, email, personal finance, a few spreadsheets for tracking utility cost, a little budgeting. This my 4 HP computer, 2 Desktops and 2 Laptops. The only issue I have had a cooling fan on my 1st laptop after 3 years or so. This desktop replaces the one I purchased back in 2015. Still function just a little slow. I have purchased them all from Best Buy over the course of many years. I have always had good experiences with Best Buy.

Great computer, great price. Really good hardware at this price point. Has terrabyte solid state drive and 12gb ram. As a tech these make a fast computer.

I found this computer to be exactly what I needed. Though it is not the top of the line, it’s perfect for my needs. The fact that it comes with a solid state drive (SSD) is a plus because it boots up very quickly. Also it comes with the new Windows 11 software. It’s nothing fancy but very functional. I would not recommend it for gaming but I’m sure it would do well.

I bought this about thirty days ago and so far, it works great. I still would have preferred a dvd/cd player but I hear they don't make them that way anymore. Also, the power button is quite recessed and is somewhat difficult to turn on.

fast, easy to use, Windows 11 is a nice upgrade, computer is compact and I'll say it again- super fast for our needs, nice graphics, glad we purchased

Good computer. Very fast and a huge upgrade compared to my regular HD computer. Wish it had an optical drive but, otherwise it suits my needs.

Only had for a few weeks but i am impressed and glad i bought it. Quick, responsive lits of storage. Operates likes it is an i7. Would recommend.

Replacing a 12 yr old HP desktop tower. This has a smaller footprint so I can actually sit it on my desk. Love the SSD as well.

This computer has been easy to set up and use. It is fast and for downloading and using my writing programs

Device has worked pretty good. About 1.5 years in, I began to have issues where the device would not read and USB plugins. Have had to bring to tech shop to fix.

I am replacing an older HP. This computer looks good, is fast and does everything it's asked to do. I am 100% satisfied.

easy to set up and fast getting online. I'm on fiber optic and was able to clock 105mps both up and down during a test.
