HP Envy is a great desktop, so far it has been easy to use. It comes on quick and I can find things easily.

The overall usage of this computer is supurb compared to what I use to have. It is so much quicker in responding to commands and provides everything I was hoping for when I purchased.

This replaced an eight year old computer. It is easy to transfer files from the old computer to the new with the help of an external drive and an external cd drive. So far I’ve not had to remove a lot of bloatware off of it.

THE COMPUTER IS FINE THE TRANSFER OF DATA FROM OLD TONEW WAS AWFUL. THEY WERE TO NOTIFY WHN IT WAS DONE. NO CALL NO EMAIL. I WENT TO THE STORE TO CHECK ON IT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS DONE 5 DAYS AGO. THE PERSON THAT HANDELED THIS TRANSICTION I GIVE 5OOO,OOO,OOO,000,000,OOO,OOO MINUS STARS. real lousy customer service. ALSO I NEEDED AN EXTERNAL DISC DRIVE THE SALES AGENT WEN AND GOT ONE AND SAID THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED. WHEN I GOT HOME I REALIZED IT WAS AN INTERNAL DISC DRIVE. HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN HE SOLD ME THE COMPUTER AN SAID IT HAD NO DISC DRIVE AND THAT I WOULD NEED ANN EXTERNAL DISC DRIVE. NOT A GREAT EXPERANCE PURCHASING THIS COMPUTER.

Well designed and quick response for a computer with only an i5 processor. The 1TB SSD is a real blessing since a lot of programs and data will need to be stored locally.

Excellent PC for home office use. The processor speed, RAM, and storage space perform superbly.

Great price for a wonderful PC Desktop I’ve had this for over a year or so and it’s been excellent. I absolutely love the SSD, very fast startup. I use this on a daily basis and I haven’t had any problems with it. Keep in mind if you want a DVD/ CD burger you’ll need to buy an external one. You can find one very inexpensive and all you do is plug it into a USB port and it’s ready for use.

Needed a fast PC for the house and did not want to build one. I dont do any gaming and this looked like the perfect one for online browsing and daily use around the house. I added a additional 1TB harddrive to go along with the 1TB already on the PC. This is a very fast PC and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good home PC

Highly recommend the HP Envy...can't believe how easy and fast it is. If I knew how great it was I definitely would have bought it sooner. My other HP desktop from 2013 broke down so I had to get one fast. The Best Buy representatives were great helping me with this purchase plus I was able to get started on my own. No more problems having a sluggish PC and able to update programs.

Good computer, big SDD, fast, Windows 11 is just ok. The box lacks an optical drive so had to buy one separately.
