    I usually like Dell products but bought HP Envy because it was on sale and it had alot of memory. Seems a little slower than my last Dell tower but so far, it seems fine.

    Tried to Give zero stars, system would not allow. Item was open box but purported as working. No sound even using known working external speakers from previous desktop. Dead usb port. Machine would just shut down for no reason at least twice a day. Hard drive had data from someone who obviously returned item. Greeks did not wipe computer. Should have been serviced and sold as refurbished not new open-box
