    Reasonably priced basic home office computer. Biggest complaint is the amount of bloatware that HP includes and Microsoft's increasing focus on pushing their products with the computer. They want everyone to be part of their world just like Apple has been doing for years.

    It was a good deal. However, when doing the latest upgrades, I ran into an issue. HP online was Zero help. The Geek squad on line was zero help. I'm not even techy and I knew what the issue was. It was a simple fix, but I still had to bring the unit in. The "Agent" was SUPER helpful. I would buy it again and I still would recommend.

    I have been using HP computers for many years and this is just the newest in my line. I just put this unit into use so it is pretty new to me. I am sure it will be a great computer.

    Outside of the fact that the unit I bought was mistakenly sold to a second customer and I had to go pick up a replacement at another Best Buy myself, the unit is great!

    I did not see disk reader in this desktop computer! Used to its build in! Like for example for CD for Turbo Tax? How will I install it?
