Computer often freezes up. Often have to re-boot. Clicking on virtual support is totally useless. After checking out the get human website I was able to obtain a phone number to actually call. HP works very hard at eliminating human interaction. Now working with tech support, had to re-install the operating system. Problem still persists. Waiting for tech support to call with a follow-up call.

Computer is now giving problems, in that it will not boot up when started. It has no use and would like to have it repaired by Best Buy.
In the meantime. I will purchase another computer to replace it, and use this repaired computer as a spare or standby.
The error Message is:
“Corrupted Bios”
