Snappy little machine

Easy to bring up to speed and transfer my files. I am not a gamer, just use for email and budgeting.

Happy with my new toy!

It was the perfect item for what i was looking for to replace my old computer. My former HP computer lasted since 2013 and still works well other than it can't be upgraded to Windows 11 so I have great expectations for this one.

HP Envy Desktop

This was a great purchase, especially because I caught it on sale. Great features on the PC itself. My only problem was trying to learn the new setup of Windows 11 (my first experience with that). However, the hardware o this PC is operating as I've come to expect from Hewlett-Packard.

Well-designed

The process was thoughtfully organized. The computer has worked perfectly now for several weeks (which has not been the case for several other machines I've purchased recently). Kudos to HP.

Nice system, but get your own keyboard.

After having the system for only 2 1/5 months, and using it very little, the "P" key failed. I worked with HP support, but since I had added additional memory (bought from Best Buy, but not official HP stuff), they wouldn't help me. It is a problem with key, on the keyboard. If I connect it to another computer, it doesn't work there either. A big fail for HP support.
