    Computer has been really well. my complaint is hp customer service a letter on the keyboard stop working. and didn't want to send me a replacement keyboard so I ended up having to purchase a new keyboard and shouldn't have to

    didn't have CD/DVD drives, just USB ports. So have to get extra external drive to play all my CD's.
