Good computer at a fair price for what we are using it for.

Bad device , we not recommend it, just 1 year regular office job and the motherboard got damaged, cpu can’t communicate, overall not a good product line since it’s assembly is not standard.

Not great. Having trouble with WiFi. Overpriced. Just sayin

The computer is fantastic however the keyboard and mouse that came with it (which I really liked) did not come with the USB connector to use them. To avoid a long explanation it was quite a process with all my wiring and such to hook up this computer and after that I discovered the missing USB. When I called customer service (multiple times) I was told I would have to bring in the whole computer as it was packaged to get this tiny USB part so as to use my keyboard and mouse. No I was not going through that process and am using my old one. I would like to switch to the new one but customer service will not just send a USB connector. Very disappointed.

The computer completely locks up when viewing online videos (YouTube, etc.). When that happens, no keyboard input is allowed and the mouse pointer won't even move. Additionally, when playing an MP3 music file, the sound simply stops. Resetting the Media Player has not helped and Microsoft's online help is worthless.

The keyboard only works if you press down hard on every keystroke for 3-4 seconds. When I went to try support, the coverage start date was 2.5 months before I bought the computer, so I was apparently sold a returned, defective computer as new1

Astonished that I only have this just more than a year and I can no longer obtain proper hardware diags for it. It constantly locks up, slows down, and just basically doesn't perform well. Wasted money.

Surprized computer did not with cd reader. Hate win 11.

Computer itself is OK but I requested a network computer and my IT tells me that this computer is not network compatible

I would give zero stars if available. Continuous blue screen and auto restart of the computer with multiple data loss after a few hours of purchasing that continued for a week. Returned it. A brand new computer should not be doing that.

This computer rings obsessively every time it goes into sleep mode. It drives me crazy! I tried to trouble shoot the problem with HP technical support for over a week. They tried a few things and nothing worked. Now they want to do a factory reset! My last HP!

Bought "reconditioned" pc after Best Buy screwed up delivery of brand new one I bought and then wouldnt honor discount on replacement. This reconditioned pc was received with another person's screenlock and account info on it. And I cant return it

Bought brand new Nov 30, 2024. Used it less than 10 times, screen blacked out and never turned on again. This is my 2nd hp computer for similar issues. This will be my last HP product.

I bought this for family use. I was sent this model with only 5 gb of storage and it has been nothing but difficult to get this issue resolved . I do not recommend at all.

Pure junk out of the box. Returned to Best Buy. Was not even the one they sold me.

I really like my new computer. It was a little hard to get used to the new windows. It didn’t have a dvd drive, so I had to buy one separately. The computer is really fast. I got really good assistance when I purchased it.

First new computer in over a decade and couldn't be happier. Chose HP because of the reliability of the refurb HP's i had bought in the past. Super quick delivery from Best Buy online.

It is perfect for what I do. I worked with Chapman Croskell from the geek squad to determine what the best computer for my data needs and to transfer my existing data to the new machine. Everything went smooth and I am loving my new computer.
